In the background are the landmarks of Old Berlin, mostly associated with Klaproth. To the right are two sites -- Fürstenhaus and Gewerbeschule -- associated with Wöhler which we will visit next. The appearance of the Observatory is more like that of the 1766 map with a center building; the dome in "The Berlin's Story" model was a later addition.
